Sarinbuana Eco Lodge is a haven for nature lovers, far away from the city in peace and serenity. The place you will call home during your stay are beautiful shared bungalows surrounded by the rejuvenating Balinese jungle. Located on the slopes of the sacred Mount Batukaru in Bali you will rest easy with the sounds of nature lulling you to sleep. Breathe in clean mountain air and bathe in our natural mountain spring pools. Natural soaps, mosquito repellent and fresh mountain spring water included.
NOURISHING, ORGANIC SOUL FOOD
Three delicious meals per day are included in your retreat as well as fresh lemon grass and ginger healing teas. All meals are sourced from the Permaculture gardens from the doorstep to our table daily. We focus on Authentic Balinese flavours prepared daily by our local staff - just for you. Satisfying your palette is an important part of your stay with us and we delight in exposing you to new local taste sensations. We create both slow food & raw food meals, sourcing produce within a 20 km radius from the lodge where possible, using only natural mountain spring water to prepare your meals.
MIND, BODY & SOUL YOGA FOR ALL LEVELS
We will be moving through an energising and uplifting Vinyasa Flow sequence in the mornings to connect to our bodies for the day ahead. In the evenings we will be relaxing into an effortless Restorative class to connect us into our hearts and guide us into our sleep. I will be on hand to deepen your awareness of your own unique body and to assist with adjusting poses to suit your needs.
